      It takes practice, but it really helps once you get the hang of it. Instead of asking yourself, “what if it all goes wrong?” Ask “what if it all goes *right?*”

      so if you discover you’re ok after no change,

      Don’t be surprised.

      I like the thought, but aren’t both not desirable? Like overthinking means thinking to a point where it’s more harmful than helpful, whether it’s positive or negative.
